1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Lensolar Co. Limited website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Provided

Lensolar provides solar energy solutions, including but not limited to engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) of solar systems, energy audits, battery storage solutions, and maintenance services. The specific scope of work for any project will be defined in a separate written agreement or proposal.

3. Quotations & Project Validity

All quotations provided by Lensolar are valid for a period of 14 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise specified in writing.
Quotations are subject to technical site surveys and load pattern analysis. Final pricing may be adjusted based on actual site conditions.
Proposals are based on data provided by the client; inaccuracies in client data may result in changes to system design and cost.

Note on Savings Estimates: Solar performance and financial ROI calculations are estimates based on historical weather data and current utility tariffs. Actual performance may vary due to environmental factors or changes in national energy policies.

4. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in a specific contract:

A deposit is required to initiate procurement and engineering after proposal acceptance.
Interim payments may be scheduled based on project milestones (e.g., equipment delivery, installation start).
Final payment is due upon successful commissioning and handover of the system.
Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by Kenyan law.

5. Installation & Site Access

The client agrees to provide Lensolar and its authorized technicians safe and reasonable access to the premises for surveys, installation, and maintenance. Client is responsible for ensuring the roof or installation area is structurally sound and cleared of obstructions.

6. Warranties & Liability

Equipment Warranty: Solar panels and inverters are covered by their respective manufacturer’s warranties (typically 10-25 years).
Workmanship Warranty: Lensolar provides a limited warranty on the quality of installation work for a standard period defined in the project contract.
Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lensolar shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from system use or external grid failures.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, engineering drawings, analytics reports, and software tools provided during the consultation or installation process remain the intellectual property of Lensolar Co. Limited unless otherwise stated in writing.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
